All items sold at HOUSE OF 1880 are preloved and/or vintage. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Items may show signs of previous wear, aging, or gentle use.
- Any noticeable flaws or wear are documented in the listing photos and/or description.
- Variations in texture, structure, color, hardware patina, or interior wear are normal characteristics of preloved luxury items.
All items are sold as-is, and pricing reflects condition, rarity, and market value.

- Wear from use
- Improper storage or handling
- Exposure to moisture, heat, friction, or chemicals
- Damage occurring after delivery confirmation
Once an item has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

RETURNS
We understand that online shopping can be tricky, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery confirmation.
- Return requests must be submitted via email to houseof1880@gmail.com within this timeframe.
- Please include your order number, tracking details, and reason for return.
Please note:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any duties and taxes incurred.
- All sale items, discounted items, and orders purchased using a discount code are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returned items must be received in the same condition as originally shipped.
